Your MPAN is a unique reference number for your electricity supply that can be found on your energy bill. If you don’t have a bill, your energy supplier or DNO can tell you what it is, or you can call the National Grid on 0870 608 1524.
MPAN stands for Meter Point Administration Number and relates to your electricity supply. It can also be known as an S number or supply number.
Your electricity supplier is the company you choose to buy your electricity from and who you pay your bills to. You can work out who your supplier is from the MPAN or supply number found on your electricity bill. It’s a 13-digit number that is uniquely used to identify every electricity supply point in the UK.
